Writeup: Jacqueline Obradors is an intensely pretty
native Californian who began her career as a guest star on
the popular series Parker Lewis Can't Lose and continued on
to feature films with roles in Red Sun Rising (1993), The
Waiter (1993) and the utterly forgettable TV movie Problem
Child 3 (the first two were theater releases). More underwhelming
film roles followed, with a bright spot finally appearing
with 1998's Six Days Seven Nights, where she played super
hottie Angelica. A nice role in Deuce Bigalow: Male Gigolo
and a lead in the short lived series Battery Park followed.
But it was 2001 that brought a big break when Jacqueline landed
on NYPD Blue as Detective Rita Ortiz. She continues to work
in feature films while starring on the show. |
